About Twig+Bone
Twig + Bone is a line of handcrafted and unique statement jewelry, much of which tells its own story. Each piece reflects both southern rooted style and a love of the outdoors expressed through organic accessories. We use naturally shed white tail deer antlers from our family farm in Georgia, carved buffalo and ox bone beads, antique keys and compasses sourced worldwide, genuine leathers, Malian mudcloth and African trade beads from both Kenya and Ghana.
The story of our business is deeply rooted in family, namely Mom and Dad. My parents are both creative and DIY experts, and I have always been inspired by them to never let creativity sit still. What started as an artistic outlet while raising two little ones has grown into a business that incorporates the talents of much of my extended family. From my mom, a professional seamstress by trade, who crafts leather tassels; uncles who collect and source antlers from our family farm; friends in other states and on other continents souring trade beads and vintage keys...this is most definitely a family business.
